Multiple Teams · OHS to Host “Night of Champions” on December 16

The Olivet High School Athletic Department has scheduled its “Night of Champions” on Friday, December 16 as part of a home basketball doubleheader.

All OHS teams that won a league, district and/or regional championship during the 2016 calendar year will be recognized during halftime of the Olivet-Leslie varsity boys’ basketball game (approximately 8:00 PM). In addition, any OHS team or individual that qualified for a state meet during the same time period will be honored as well.

The doubleheader starts at 6:00 PM, with the Olivet varsity girls’ basketball team taking on Greater Lansing Activities Conference foe Leslie. The boys’ contest will tip off around 7:30 PM.

All “Night of Champions” honorees will be admitted into the games free of charge. However, they will have to check in at the middle hallway door where the pep band enters each night. A ticket taker will have a pass list at that location.
